The staff, especially Chloe, was excellent in building rapport and providing exceptional service. The upgraded clubroom was worth the extra charge for its comfort. The gym and leisure facilities, including the swimming pool, sauna, and steam room, were relaxing. The breakfast had a good variety and was well presented.

This gorgeous, fairly clean property has sensational full English breakfasts and efficient staff. The units are relaxing, spotless. The setting is favourable and marvellous, just off motorway.

Very good staff and location, it was clean here. I appreciated having central heating, an iron and ironing board, and a work desk. I had breakfast in the bar and everything was great. I had a such great stay.

Comfortable and clean rooms, excellent breakfast, and friendly staff. We had a fantastic night dancing with Colin the DJ and enjoyed the Halloween decorations in the party room. The hotel's swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi were a great way to relax. we had a wonderful stay at Village Hotel.

I also loved the sitting area outside, which was perfect for working. The location was convenient for me, as I was traveling from the nearby airport. This hotel, located on a retail park just outside the city center, offers great value for money. The rooms are well-maintained with massive TVs, a good channel selection, and even a Tassimo coffee machine. The basic amenities are all in good condition and the entire hotel is very clean. A big plus is the breakfast included in the price, with tasty pastries for the meat eaters.

This hotel is conveniently located not far from the city center, making it easy to explore Nottingham. The hotel is also adjacent to a sports bar, perfect for grabbing a drink or watching a game. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and accommodating, quickly providing extra pillows when requested.

The hotel can be quite noisy, especially at night, due to thin walls and noise from the corridors.

The staff were incredibly unhelpful, and it was clear that they overbooked the hotel rooms. the receptionist, David, was more interested in talking to another guest about how they overbook rooms than actually helping me. I had to wait for over 45 minutes just to be told that my room was overbooked, even though I had already been charged for it. the manager, Mike, was no help either, as he could only refund a portion of what I paid.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. Not only did I have to deal with the incompetence of the staff, but the facilities were also lacking.

I recently stayed at a hotel just outside of Nottingham and had a great experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to pubs and Alton Towers. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The staff provided excellent service, making my stay hassle-free. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of facilities to enjoy, such as a Jacuzzi and pool. a wonderful stay.

I was disappointed to find that there was a lack of vegetarian and vegan options on the menu.
